Camønoen, 5 dage

Camønoen, Denmark's newest hiking trail, stretches over 175 kilometers on the islands of Møn, Bogø and Nyord in the Småland sea which connects the Great Belt and the Baltic Sea. The trail leads through some of the country's most beautiful and unique scenery and cultural landscapes. You walk through pleasant villages, open landscapes, along the marshes, meadows and some of our best beaches. The route goes through forests, past burial mounds, manor houses and even the romantic castle Liselund, and of course, one of Denmark's greatest natural attractions, Møns Klint (Cliffs). The area with the white chalk cliffs is unique, and a must for nature lovers. You will have the opportunity to see many rare plants, insects and birds. Along the way, you will stay at comfortable Bed & Breakfasts, and your luggage will be transported for you to the next place of accommodation.

  • Enjoy the walk while your luggage is driven to the next place of accommodation
  • Stay in idyllically located accommodations along the route - in the middle of the beautiful landscape
  • Experience the evening sky - Mon is certified as "Dark Sky" and thus a good spot to look at stars
  • Discover the town of Stege, which has one of the only two preserved city ports in Denmark
  • Walk out to Møns Klint and enjoy the sight of the white chalk cliffs and the turquoise blue sea
  • Møn has a varied nature with, among other things, a rich birdlife, wild herbs and 18 different orchid species
